Domestic orders generally arrive within 5-10 business days after processing, while international shipments may take 10-25 business days. Note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates. Rest assured, we prioritize transparency and will notify you promptly if any significant delays arise.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): 0-60$; Free (10-15 Business Days): 60$-9999$. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's total value and destination. For orders qualifying for free shipping, the benefit applies automatically—no promo code required.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to certain remote locations or areas with shipping restrictions. During checkout, our system will verify your address eligibility. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. For convenience, you can also access this information by logging into your account and viewing the order details. If tracking details don't update within 48 hours of shipment notification, kindly check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for seamless deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days or shows no tracking updates for 7 days, please email [email protected] with your order number.
